Q1. Can I make a policy recommendation from a regional point of view rather than one that can be used for the whole nation?
A1. The policy recommendation can be regional in nature and implemented at the local government level.
Q2. Can I send the entry materials by mail?
A2. Only entries uploaded from the website using the entry form are accepted. Please note that we do not accept any entry to this category by mail.
Q3. I have submitted a policy recommendation of the same contents in the past. Can I still submit it?
A3. Entry with the same contents will not be accepted. However, the entry can be brushed up and resubmitted with additional policy recommendations, verification, and analysis.
A4. You can add lines to the cell on the entry form (MS Word) but do not change the dimensions or the specified font size. Please do not add or delete any rows or columns for the purpose of adding or deleting question items. The page limit for the entry forms is 7 pages. Please adjust contents to meet the page limit.
Q5. I have many things to fill in the entry form. Entry Form (1) + Entry Form (2) + reference materials will total 15 pages. Will this be a problem?
A5. Please limit the submission to no more than 2 pages for Entry Form (1), 3 pages for Entry Form (2), and 2 pages for reference materials, up to a total of 7 pages. Please note that the entry will not be accepted if it exceeds the page limit.
Q6. If the entry is selected as an excellent recommendation, will I receive any grant?
A6. No grant will be awarded directly. A feasibility study will be conducted on the recommendation selected to pave its way for becoming a policy if the recommendation is highly viable and novel.
