The people of Japan experienced an unprecedented catastrophe on March 11, 2011, and are now facing a major historical turning point. To overcome this crisis and create a stronger Japan, we at eco japan cup 2011, who hope to change the world economy to become more environmentally friendly with the cooperation of financial institutions, industry, government and the public, has started recruiting with a goal of "Eco Recovery." We aim to find and cultivate the seeds of green innovation and connect it to the next generation, through business models or policy proposals to create new employment, culture, life and nature in disaster-stricken areas, as well as tools for full-scale energy saving, the generation of renewable energy in homes, including solar power systems and fuel cells, and urban development policies that we want to realize throughout Japan.
